Order Processing, Shipping, Rush Orders & Local Pickup

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, we strive to complete most orders within 5 business days for your convenience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details. If, for any reason, your order will take longer than the estimated 10 business days, we will reach out immediately to inform you and provide an updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Rush Orders

If you need a rush order, please don't hesitate to contact us at pinemountainshirtco@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and fulfill it as quickly as possible, depending on the current order volume and production capabilities.

Shipping

We offer reliable shipping services to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days (domestic).
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 2-3 business days (domestic).
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time. We currently only ship to the United States.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur once the package is in transit. However, if there are any issues, please reach out to us, and we will assist you as much as possible.


Local Pickup Policy

If you're in the area, you can choose local pickup at checkout! We offer pickup in Pine Mountain, GA every day of the week, and in Columbus, GA Monday through Friday, during business hours (8:30 AM - 5 PM). Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email notification—please wait for this confirmation before coming by.

If someone else will be picking up your order on your behalf, just let us know ahead of time with their name and contact info, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly. Orders need to be picked up within 30 days of the notification, or they may be canceled. If you're unable to pick up your order in that time frame, don’t worry—we can ship it to you instead! Just let us know, and we’ll send you an invoice for the shipping label.
